I believe they are. I saw something a few years back that made me believe in this. Four people, two adults and two children walking through my local town of Stoke. The adults were the same height, male and female with light blond hair and the children were the same height, boy and girl with light blond hair and they all had the same hairstyle. They strutted down the road just like tourists wihout a care in the world and looked SO out of place (to me at any rate). To this day I believe them to be extra terrestrials, possibly from the Pleiades star cluster, also known as The Seven Sisters. This cluster is one of the nearest to Earth and is a mere 440 light years away. If they know about us and they are benevolent and far enough advanced socially as well as economically then there is a good chance that they would want to visit us but on a strictly non interference basis, though by the very act of setting foot on our planet they are interfering in some way, though possibly not to the extent that a malevolent species would.

We are already here.Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species and your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

i think it's unlikely we haven't been sending out radiowaves long enough for them to have travelled far, so the likely hood is if there is anyone out there they havent heard the racket were making, i hope they don't act like some of the nieghbours i've had come round leave trash on the lawn (ok this hasnt happened ive never lived anywhere with a lawn but i know people it has happened to)

Of course its not. Every year there's thousands of aliens coming over to our country illegally. Not only that they are already among us.. they even drain our resources and seeking to displace us.
