Sleeping Is good

Sleep is 'good.'

Why do you ask?

Sleep, the best kind, is nourishing ....and the best type of sleep has come after a bout of lovemaking with someone I have been in love with ...the languid sleepy state where you fall asleep with arms and legs all tangled with each other. Then, on waking, there is the amazing warm intimacy and the simple pleasure of being next to that love in a warm hazy glow.

Or, the sleep from a massage done by someone who really, really knows what they are doing ...I once went home and slept for a straight 15 hours after a massage.

On both types of occasions, the quality of sleep i experienced was 'nourishing' - like having a really good meal.

On the other side of the coin. I worked for 20+ years in the NHS and often sacrificed sleep for the job. I felt various types of ''inner things' as a result ....difficult to express or explain in any tangible terms.

It was good to experience that - myself, good to be able to know and to measure myself. but I think that in the long term, it did me harm that I was not aware that I could not really afford.

Good Sleep, it's good for us.

Sash.

I sometimes "sleep out of the blue" but don't know that's good or bad... Anyway, scientists say enough sleep is good... too much sleep is not. :D

sleeping can be a waste of time hehe da vinci thought that and founded the polyphasic plan that krama attempted to live by, which failed... but when its done properly can actually be a great advantage against others who waste more time sleeping. also researchers have found a link to people livin shorter lives with those who also sleep more

but sleepign is fun as well because it allows you to be lazy and to rest, which is needed by the body.

so ultimatley sleep is good because it replenishes the body, but like all things, if taken in large doses it can be lethal.

Sleeping enough is good. Not sleeping enough is bad for your health. Oversleeping is probably bad for your health too if you do it often. So, go ahead get your 8 hours every night if you can :)

Not sure what your question is. Your body needs sleep to function.
