I have a website in need of a radio station, our website still has no popularity, so the advertisments dosent get us a lot. and for a start we need a good free internet radio prodcasting service. Can anybody help?

This is a perfect example, you didn't mention your website.
Try this.
- mention your website every time
- business cards, letter head, e-mail signature.... every correspondence
- paint it on your car
- posters in local stores
- google ads
- join many related Yahoo Groups
No, I don't know any free podcasting services. You would have to try a few. The popularity of pod is growing slowly, but that might not be your total answer. Do I need to say it... do some google research.
