If you followed a healthy eating and excersise plan and keep doing it, it will stay off. If you did it unhealthily then it won't stay off and you will put all the weight back on and more so besides.

by carrying on a good eating plan and continuous exercise other wise you may find that u will put more weight on than u were previous
