Different and Difference, and always capitalize your "I", that would be the first lesson of the day.

The first sentence emphasizes an emotion you will have to a possible future scenario, the second emphasizes an emotion you have already experienced and would like to have again.

The former states that you "would" love to move... if you were able... stating a desire to do it...
The later states that you just love doing the actual action... the action of moving, also possibly just the fact of moving to a new house... it doesnt actually say that you want to or are trying to do it at the current time...

"i'd" is a contraction of "I WOULD".

I would love to move to a new place.
(it is an emotional statement, telling of your desire)

I love to move to a new place.
(this states that every time you move, you enjoy it. )
