All our large solar system's bodies are spherical in shape because of the heat energy contained within them. This same principle is used when making shot for a shotgun. Metal is passed through a mesh. The falling metal automatically forms into the shape of a sphere on the way down to the waiting water below, where the shot is instantly solidified.
This principle has become part of the physics trilogy, which is: E = mc2, m = E/c2, and c2 = E/m. The last equation is that of a field of physical time, or a gravitational field. The reason for this equation is found at about 22 miles below the crust of our planet. At this location there is what is called the Mohorovicic discontinuity. Mass below this area has all gravitational waves moving toward the very center of our planet. This is true all about our planet. As the waves on one side of our planet pass through the mass on the opposite side, they uniformly draw all mass into the shape of a sphere. Not only do these waves attract all mass toward the center of our planet, they also attract the heat energy toward its core point also. If this were not true, then our planet would be almost the same temperature throughout.

Good question. Planets most often have a rounded shape because of gravity. The larger the planet, the stronger its gravitational field is. The force of gravity pulls inward to the center of the planet and all that material gets pulled into a sphere shape. Planets aren't perfect spheres, but they have a definite round shape to them. Having a round shape is one of the "tests" for a planet (which Pluto couldn't pass).

Gravity pulls everything towards the center. If anything sticks out, like a mountain, it eventually gets worn down and washed into lower areas (closer to the center). This happens a lot faster if the object is liquid, of course.
Eventually, as all the things get smoothed out and all the valleys get filled up, you'll be left with a shape where all the points are equally distant from the center, so nothing can move towards the center without moving something out of the way. A sphere is the only shape where all points are equal distance from the center.

round shape has less area compre to all shapes for ex rain drops come as round shape.gravity makes every thing to make it sphere. And also in sphere all centripetal and centri fugal forces r same .
Thats y garavity makes every planet as round shape
