A random stranger of course rather than someone who I actually know and care about! Anyway, I could quite honest;y say if I did kill someone, even if it was accidental, I'd take my own life as I have too much of a conscience.

Under pressure and the right circumstances of provocation or selfe defence I think yes I might, but I would not be inclined to try and 'get away with it'.
It would not be murder but manslaughter due to provocation.
I *could* kill accidentally, again manslaughter would be the charge.
All in all though I hope I never kill anyone in that way or have to, although I would like to serve for the military - legal killing, no offence, no charge.

Of course I could kill someone. It doesn't really matter if it is a total stranger or a family member or friend. I think I'd have some nightmares about it, though.

Im positive I can kill someone, ive killed mulitia men and other terrorists in Iraq, so I am sure I could kill a civilian. If I were going to do that, then I would kill a random person, I would do this because it would make it harder for the police to find me. Usually they look for clues and motives. If you kill a random person you have no motive, now you just have to control the clues, like filing out the barrel of your pistol.

I think I could only perform this crime under special cirumstances... like, if a loved one was put under danger or is getting hurt by this specific person, then I believe I could do it. I doubt I'd get away with it, knowing me, I'd only kill in a rage...so the murder would definitely not be premeditated, thus I'd probably be pretty sloppy with trying to get away with it... you know what I mean? Weird question though....

I wouldnt want to kill anyone. But i do beleive we are all capable of killing someone depending on the circumstances. I know I hate cheaters and if my fiance cheated on me instead of leaving me, there is a strong possibility he might day or get severley hurt.

yeah i could kill someone, i probably wouldnt get away wit it cuz im really clumsy, n id rather kill someone i know cuz id probably have a reason on why i killed them than if i killed a random stranger

Yes I could & would. If anyone hurt or tried to hurt my son or someome else I love I would not hesitate to put a bullet between their eyes.
Rather or not I'd get away with it. Probable with help and if not oh well as long as they desirve it.

If my life depended on it I could. Now if you wanna get away with it, it would have to be a perfect stranger so no one could link you to them (that I couldn't do)!

Its a thin string that seperates a murdered from a non-murderer and sometimes circumstances can trigger rage to snap that string.
If I had a choice it would be someone I know - atleast then I would know that I killed someone who deserved it...
