If you are working on a temporary basis in any orginisation and you havent signed a contract and there is no intimation from the employer even after completing six months according to labour law he should employe you as a permanent worker according to the law.
If at all you were given any appointment letter i request you to go through it once again before you approach any one.

Call the labor board and find out what your rights are. have you been fired already? and if you get fired by law they have i think 72 hours to cut you a check. could be less, but definatlly call labor board, Not only to get info and your money, but also a record of it because you might be able to sue them for damages

if they haven't paid you last months salary why are you still there for them to fire you. i would quit and file a complaint with the state for them not paying you. contact the state workforce and get some help

You should get your last pay check even if they fire you. However, if they don't take them to court. Next time do a better job so you don't get fired. That doesn't look good on your resume.
