I would suggest you listen to Glenn Miller's "Moonlight Serenade", "String Of Pearls", and "In The Mood" I'm sure you'll enjoy those old tunes, I sure do. :-)

The best soothing music you can find with no human voice involved..... is CLASSICAL music! Orchestras playing, violins sounding sweetly, and pianos make your crazy world more relaxing, so you won't have to worry about rocking that music when the music rocks for itself. And doing it without a human voice can be very unique.
I also prefer jazz music without the human voice, too. Jazz never really had human voices to go with it in its original form back in the early 1900's.
But here's even somthing BETTER: If you COMBINE classical music with the groovy jazz, then you're gonna have one helluva masterpiece.....without even a human voice!

I do not know tour preferences.

For once you can try south Indian classical instrumental music.
It is available throughout the world on world space music channel.

Or you can find your answer of your choice within the same worldspace music channels, in western, northIndian etc

Tough question because there are so many different kinds of music.
First of all you can try the classical composers: Mozart, Debussy, Chopin and more

A modern choice is Yanni: http://www.yanni.com/ . The site includes a list with all his albums and music samples from them.

Some very relaxing music is from Steven Halpern: http://www.innerpeacemusic.com/

Finally, movie soundtracks are also another idea: http://www.moviemusic.com/
