Predators do not usually kill each other for food so they wouldn't HAVE to be hungry since they would kill each other because of competition for prey and territory such as lions killing hyenas or leopards as they are competition. Tigers are usually bigger than Lions, especially the Siberian Tiger which is 12 feet long and 800 pounds. I would say the tiger because lions and tigers are both just as fast but a tiger is bigger.

They will fight and the hungry tiger will win because the tiger would be bigger if they are of the same age.

My vote is for the tiger.
1. Tigers are on average larger than lions (they're the largest cat)
2. Tigers are loners and more accustomed to hunting on their own; whereas, lions are pack hunters and find it more difficult to bring down large prey on their own.
But I wouldn't test it -- it's mean to starve animals, and tigers and lions are found on different continents and in different habitats

according to me lion wins. The lion puts its all energy to grab a rabbit even for a elephant. so no doubt tiger also has more or less equal strength.
