I bought mine at Changs in Chatham St.
You can of course buy them almost anywhere, Singapore is a tax free port, so good luck with the shopping.

Lucky Plaza has a few shops which sells telescopes.. Quite pricey though

Carrefour got sell a few cheap ones. Better Quality ones need to find shops along Orchard eg. Lucky Plaza. etc...
