not for the time being , rey will most probably fall back into the catagory that tripple h and HBK and kurt are in , the" you dont need a title to be the best" caagory, he has the ability to be the world champ again ,but we will have to wait and see what happens after rey and chavos personal problems have been resolved. i love wwe! rip eddie

i hope so. because he got screwed by chavo and then that was it, he just got thrown out of the title hunt. a bad move by wwe. no offence to batista fans but what has he done to deserve it? he got injured, then came back to 'claim what is his?' surely he has to work through the card first and not get a 1-2 record against kennedy! mysterio has patiently waited his whole life to get 1 shot and he took it

To be harshly honest, I say NO because it is going to be a very very long rivalry between him and Chavo. That WWE Heavyweight Title is the last thing on Rey's mind right now.
