I need the easy examples and experiments procedure so that i can understand.

The first law of thermodynamics is the one that says that energy cannot be created or destroyed. A good experiment is to put some ice into a bath of hot water. The bonding energy of the ice absorbs the heat energy of the water.
A car is a good example too, the chemical energy of the petrol is converted into kinetic energy by the engine.
