No, but you could go to the Doctor and he could help.

I suffer from depression sometimes too . As a matter of fact I'm currently on new meds. The best thing that you can do is get out of yourself and help someone else . This shows us just how good our lives are compared with others . Volunteer some where it will make you feel great !

Some people have to take medications to get through depression, at least for a while. If you need to take medications, the following won't fix that need. But you can take medications AND do the following.

There is a prayer that helps me. When you get up in the morning, start the day this way:

Thank you for all the gifts you give me, every day, past, present and future. (Then put in some specific gifts you have received, such as 'my good health, my family, my job, etc.). Then, say : Please bless all whom I resent including (some specific people or institutions) _________________________________ . Please give him/her all I want (all the things you think would make you happy) for their greater good.

I use this prayer every day. The day tends to go better when I use it.

Get busy with something, that's the only solution. Don't you have a job or school?
