hi
look up molds and rubber molding and they can help you find all kinds of things like that.
i did and used it to make my insoles for my shoes
i used the clay molding of my foot and then the rubber molding of my foot to make my own insoles and it worked just fine.

hobbicraft do a small pack of paint on silicone rubber when it dries you just peel of the mould or try resin from a car shop for body filling

NO!! I watched dateline like month ago and they were talking about how many many companies sell fake drugs made with cement and all kinds of crazy things! Get a prescription and go to a local pharmacy!

depends what you're needing them for.
A cheap option would be to speak to your dentist who may be able to give you some samples of the stuff they use to make moulds.
