nah definatly not a penalty and if the linesman had been watching the game properly he should of given Healy offside anyway then there would of been no red card or a penalty which he dived for anyway.

a penalty is when there is a foul been comited in the 18 yard box and the refery has a split chance on making a decision wether it is a penalty or not .if it is apenalty the player will put the ball down on the spot and will shoot and try to put the ball in the back of the net .
