Sometimes, you can't say that computer reigns or man reigns most of the time.
For example, in ONE FIELD (chess), in 1996, Kasparov beaten (or should i say 'BRAIN WASHED') Deep Blue computer for a score of 4-2!
Because of this shame, they made the computer deeper (i.e. more brain inside!), and in 1997 Deep Blue bounched back and defeated the World Champion Kasparov in the score of 3.5-2.5.
Deep Blue, which can calculate about 200 million positions per second, had just past human by 1 point!
Maybe we can state that computer will be in effect powerful with the help of human power...

Actually this is a debateable question. One can say that man invented the computers so ultimately man is powerful and controlling, but on the other side man cannot even think doing without computers an dthere is no comparison today in front of their powerful and faster processing speed. from the man's side we have to accept that man isn't utilising even one-fourth of his brain. once he does that he can just get on & on & on & on.

Power?
A computer can read, write and calculate faster, remember more, makes less mistakes. But that's it.
It can not create, think, be, have a drink.
I still say humans win.
