It might also help to think about something other than sex while having sex, to get the mind off the act, thus prolonging ejaculation. Third, he could try masturbating before having intercourse, which should make the second go-round last much longer.

He must finish his dinner before 4 hrs going to bed .Should not concentrate as a performer , avoid getting excited with thoughts , go very slow in the motion , get change positions every few seconds , will certainly help him to prolong the entire proceedings .

This is not your friends case, I can say this is your own problem.
Ask your friend to rub his upper jaws just a half inch up your upper jaw at the time of ejaculation. this will increase the timeings. Or strat thinking of paying debts.
