The Virgin Mary was the daughter of Saint Joachim and Saint Anne. There is a theory the father's name was Jacob mentioned in the genealogy of Matthew.

The parents of the Virgin Mary were Saint Joachim and Saint Anne. The bible doesn't say much about them. But we do know that Mary was engaged to Saint Joseph.

Mary's Mother was St. Anne. I do not remember her fathers name. It was unimportant at the time since they were Essene Jews and the parents did not live together.

No offense, but this more fall under the religon catagory, not History. Religous history and (provable, doccumented) history are not the same thing.
If you dont find anything on her family, however, maybe you could make on up yourself? Wouls be a nice little fairy tale, no?
