Perfectly normal!!!!!!

The BMI calculator will say that you very, very, very, slighly underweight to be honest.

Remember... this 'calculator' is just a guide... as it doesnt go into detail on your fat %, etc.

Oh come on, you want to look like a mummy? It depends on how heavy your skeleton is, i'm 56 kilo and 168 tall, no one would think me chunky, my waist is thinner than Kate Moss'
relax and eat as much as you like
If you want advice on diet, it's healthiest to eat once in 3-4 hours but take small helpings and drink a lot. Water, juice, tea, whatever. Even coffee if not too many. Always have a small breakfast. And don't get scared if you start putting on weight a bit at first, once your metabolism speeds up you'll lose more than you'd gained

Good luck and just please don't torture your body

You are definitely thin enough. Don't get caught up in the eating disorders game, it's not worth the grief. Stay as you are, or gain a bit, so you are at a BMI of 19.5 (minimum). Take care.

I think a bit to skinny, normal would be about 60.

Pretty slim. The normality of it depends on whether you are dieting or not. If you are, stop as you don't want to get any skinnier, but if you're not then that's probably your natural shape.

Basically normal - maybe leaning towards thin??? but it's too close to say. Definately NOT a problem anyway.
