Most people will tell you to just come out and tell her you're interested. Don't. Most girls like things kept subtle. Give her some big teethy smiles, and when in a group of people, focus your attention on her. Suggest to her that you hang out outside of school sometime and see how she reacts. If she reacts positively, all you have to worry about is whether or not you want to go bowling on your first date.

take her on a casual date, maby not even a date really, I hate to do this but I suggest bowling, cause there isn't alot romantic with this. take her on more dates but make them a bit more romantic each time. She should start getting your feelings, and if she likes you in the same way she will allow you to take her on a romantic date.

Well flirt with her a little more, make her laugh a lot. that always works. but if she still isn't getting it, be like, hey im really attracted to you and i really want to get to know you more, can i have your number? maybe we can get together sometime. but let her know why you are attracted to her so she doesnt think you are crazy you know? be calm about it and smooth. just like a "hey, you're really cool, and funny. and i like that in a girl" kind of thing. and hopefully you will get a good response! good luck!! :]
