The effects of high blood pressure will become obvious later in life. The condition is almost symptomless at first & by the time you start to show symptoms, major damage can be done. Get this checked now.

I think you should see a physician, preferably a Cardiologist. You have a narrow pulse pressure with a high diastolic. This warrants further investigation. Good Luck!

If your gp is aware of your blood pressure they will advise you on whether it is too high as your diastolic is raised you need to have it checked by yourgp so they can keep an eye on you and or prescribe you any meds they think you need.
