Well...if a country has a President and Prime Minister...then the Post of President is more ceremonial...but in reality he has more constitutional power....and the Prime Minister who governs the country has the real power as he is elected by the people. Regarding vegetarian....well i like Non veg!.

The president and prime minister could order that only food that are good for vegetarians can be served in restaurants. This is a valid exercise of police power under the constitution to protect the health of the people.

President: HEad of a country and can be a ceremonial position
Prime Minister: Head of the government and even parliament and in Africa usually more powerful than the president. Kenya in East Africa rejected a draft constituition that would have created a post of prime minister that was more powerful than the president. As for the vegetarian part........
