The desire to learn. The need for perfection at whatever I do... it's almost an obsession (like my dear ex-wife who is passionate about neatness and cleanliness... and getting things done ahead of schedule, being prompt... she trained me well). To avoid making mistakes and moreso to never repeat mistakes! The desire to be a better person.

Love for what work i do. Its not just work that pays but all functions ( duty & responsibility ) . You love life & working is a part of it. Motivation comes from satisfaction of a job done well, motivation comes from the smile of your spouse who appreciates the toil we undergo to make their life happy & cheerful, Motivation comes from our love to provide the best for our children. Motivation comes from tyhe knoweldge that you are after all answerable & accountable to Self & God,

What motivates me is my self. Knowing that I must take care of in my life and do what I must do to keep on keeping on.
