of asking a question, if you already know the answer.
I deleted a question i had posted for this very reason, i wanted some different opinions to my own,i was not asking for hard facts just a few well considered answers.Someone had asked a question that called for the repatriation of muslims from a country,I had stated that you cannot repatriate muslims from the country of thier birth nor are all muslims white, and if they believe in the freedoms of thier country then the most important freedom is one of religeous freedom, free from persecution to believe in whatever faith they choose or not to believe in any faith at all. As long as the laws of the society in which you dwell are upheld, it is this fine line
that some askers cannot distinguish the difference. Or they just ignore the point completely when you give them an honest opinion.
I do not have a problem with people who disagree with the pont of the question or my opinion, that is the nature of debate Regards LF

the point of the question was to convey my annoyance, far from answering my own question i had hoped to stimulate a few narrow minded bigots into an informed debate, never mind you cannot win them all, eh mrs pitt

Yesterday I would have considered this question with truly deep thinking. Today I am tired and ask myself "What is the point?" So here we have divergence in one person based on level of daily functioning. Today there is no point; yesterday all was meaningful. Tomorrow will be a new bag of whatever... Vacilation is the name of the game. Any philosopher who claims to have total consistant conviction is a very one sided beast. A famous musical ensemble once said, "Confusion shall be my epitaph!" I have no case to rest so I rest my case.

Religious freedom?
Islam is the only religion that doesn't allow religious freedom for other religions. Where there is an Islamic Government, in most of those countries, although they speak freedom, practically they don't allow that.

This is one of the major reason that other religions ill treat Muslims in other countries. The world over there is a general feeling that Islam is professing terror that gradually will affect the peace among other communities as well. Wherever there is Muslim majority, it is a problem for other religions. It must be because of this attitude of the Muslims, the enmity towards them is developing and some express it.

If I am a Muslim and my surroundings hate me, the reason for that is within me. Not in them. If I am sincere in resolving the matter, I will rectify myself. Trying to attack all others around the world is not right. If any one do does that the result will be hatred and isolation.

You will always find people who leap into a discussion, misinterpret (sometimes deliberately) others points, chase irrelevancies, introduce total nonesense etc.

You may also find some people willing to engage in a proper debate. But mate! They're not going to if you don't do them the courtesy of making your self intelligible. Take a deep breath, think about what you're going to write and write it as best you can. We're not looking for Shakespear here, just an honest attempt to engage with others. Look at your question, its a mess!

People have the right to their opinions, to voice them and to disagree with yours. If you dont want those different opinions why ask for them? Most people debate by accusing someone or pointing out facts that they do not agree to. Take the elections for example, every ad we see is trying to unveil bad or harmful points or facts, true or false about their opponent. None of them actually debate the facts of the matter, and the truth in the issue. Its always about defaming the other guy so you dont look quite as bad.

There can be no debate with a fascist, they are not interested in your differing opinion, they can't be won round with a clever argument and don't want to see anyone elses point of view.
Fascists don't come here to ask questions, they come here to spam the site with their garbage and make contact with people who think like them. One way to spot them is they ask a fake question that is more like a statement, then pick the one rabid right wing thug who agrees with them for best answer.
The problem is that the nature of debate is lost on someone who wants to wipe you off the face of the earth.

You answered by yourself. What is the point of making such along speech when you know it will not change a thing.
To use Yahoo answers, ask the right questions then you will see the debate in the right context.
Think, write, read, erase re write till you are happy with your questoin. Nevermind the answer, it is not your problem.

Should well considered answers not be backed up by hard facts ? Don't stop asking though.
