hi there tabs well i reckon that you should just wait awhile and some one you age will come along then you will be happy he just dont know whats his missing out on .

Leave him be.. He's not interested in you.. There are a lot of things you can do other than oogling at your neighbor.. Think about your pride.. You've been turned down once.. Are you waiting to be turned down again by trying to win him? It won't work because he is not interested in you in the first place..
If he did say you are too young, then you are young.. You should be thankful that he didn't took advantage of you.. There are guys who would take advantage of those who are younger than them.. As he said, you are still young.. Life has more surprises waiting for you as you grow up.. Be patient, learn to wait and mature.. Go out, have fun and experience life as you grow! Sounds corny? Laugh but it's true.. As you grow up, you learn to appreciate things more..
