I cried for whole 1 month that why this happened to me, as i always cared and loved her. It is past 4years but still now also i feel chest pain and tears dont stop. She never has time to mail me either. As she didint reply i told her that i am going as i think u dont need me. Now she dont wants to talk to me and says that being with u was never good. What should i do?

Many women appreciate good men. Please don't be discouraged. Move on and stop thinking about her. Say this over and over in your head, "I trust and let go". I promise you, good things will start happening. If you continue thinking of how she made you feel, you surround yourself with limiting, negative energy. You are not limited, trust and let go. You actually cried for someone like her? Gosh.. If I was there, even if she's my friend, I would've been more than happy to slap her.. What girl in her right mind would call her BF a dog in front of her friends..
It's quite obvious that she fell out of love.. Do nothing and move on.. Don't even try to rekindle the past because it'll only hurt you more.. I a[ppreciated the fact that you cried and was hurt.. Not all guys cry.. But then, it's about time for you to move on.. telling you to forget about her is quite impossible.. I know.. But at least try your hardest to move on.. Think of yourself.. Your ego and pride.. It's not the end of everything..
There are still other people around.. Don't waste your time on someone who can't return the love you gave.. It's unfair on your part.. Meet new people, meet new friends.. Go out more and enjoy life! There's more to it than pain.. Rather than sulk, why not enjoy it?

Why do you still call her girlfriend? Move on with your life and forget about this girl! I am sure that you will find someone who can truly love you and care for you as a human being and not like a dog.

insult her in the front of her friends by telling that she is horny.
your love may turn also to anger. Let her know that she cannot make jokes with you. be cool, rude and harsh to her. Return to her the suffering she gave to you.
when she said that in front of her friends you should hit her in the face and let her cry.
