North Korea. There was a recent CNN Documentary that clearly showed "Dear Leader's" Victims quite Literally Starving to Death, and Dead, Emaciated Bodies Lying in the Street. What Those People are going through is on the same Level as the Nazi Concentration Camps of WW II, and, for the most part, it's being kept very Quiet !

I would say any place where the people are not having peaceful hearts, have a lack of education/money, or are discriminatory towards any gender, or religion. But you can find all of these negative qualities in all countries, inclucing my own (USA). Just there are a lot more in some other countries.
I would have to say right now it woudl be anywhere in the Middle East I would hate to live right now.
