though i am not against gay people, i think homosexuality is a sexual deviant behavior. Freud, ford, beach , psychologists opined it. according to Freud, people who could not successfully come out of Oedipus complex, identify themselves with their fathers as a sexual object and in their latter life become homosexuals.according to ford and beach, people who were seduced by adult homos in their child hood become as homos in their latter life. if two gays marry it is OK. other wise, homo sexual , in order to satisfy their UN natural urge seduce children of their sex as they are vulnerable. but the problem with the homos is that they feel they are leading normal, pleasurable sexual life and do not go to therapists.in case of covert homosexuals, people who suppress their feelings of homosexuality become paranoid said Sigmund Freud. though American psychology society is no more treating homo sexuality, i feel it is against nature and abnormal behavior it causes several psycho bio social problems.

I can't believe some of the stereotyping and ill-informedness in some of the answers here.
Anyone can point to the Bible for justification of their beliefs. Racists, misogynists, homophobes, and all kinds of kooks cite passage after passage in defense of their hateful diatribe. Naturally, it is all taken out of context, and the contravening passages ignored. Most cite the book of Leviticus, especially the passage 'shall not lie with a man as he does with a woman.' However, just ahead of this, and further on, are tips on how to sell you daughter into slavery, how to smite thy neighbour.
As for Freud's 'inversion of the libido' theory, this has generally been debunked just like 'penis envy,' by later 20th century practitioners/psycholgiosts. So single moms never raise gay sons, because there is no father to identify with? Sorry, the parent-identification theory just doesn't work.
As a proud gay man, naturally, I am not against gays. But I am not agaisnt str8t people either.
Yes, every human being deserves respectful and fair treatment from others. You don't live in the other person's skin, and you don't know their life experience.
So, here's another one from the Bible: Judge not, that ye be not judged.
"Can't we all just get along???"

I am not against anyone until they give me reason to be, on a personal level. Everyone deserves to find their own happiness and no one has a right to take that away as long as it causes no harm to anyone else. What harm does love between two people cause anyone?

I am not against gay people.
I do not press up against them.
That would mean that I was gay too.

gay is not wrong, but people would think of different perspective. It is better to change to become a pure man...and trust me...it's good to be a man.
