If it is Windows 98, hit esc key to bypass password.
If it is Windows 2000 or XP, type administrator as username with an empty password. Hopefully, the person who installed the computer left a blank password for Administrator. If you can get in, reset your password under user accounts.
If it is a bios password thing, reset the jumpers on the motherboard.

BIOS password or windows logon password? For BIOS password take out the battery from the motherbaord for a few min then put back in, it will reset the bios for windows login password then you need to do some hacking or password cracker.
