hi is there any email which provides this facility? if i send an email to some person 'x' and if mr. x opens that email i should be intimated that mr. x has opened the email which i sent.

i have heard of sending acknowledgements in emails. i am not intrested in having acknowledgement for the email which i send.

but is there any feature any email is providing it as a feature ?? if so please tell me.

It is generally called a 'Read Receipt' and can be found in many e-mail clients. Most popularly Microsoft Outlook.

Simply type 'Read Receipt' into the Help search. It will give you detailed instructions on how to use it.....

Yes. If you are sending mail through outlook express you can able to set up these facilities.

It's called a Read Report and most email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora) have these.

Enabling it differs in every program.
