To buy a new printer (Which includes ink).. Then to replace the black and colored ink in you printer? (Of course besides refills)

Because the cost of the printer is heavily subsidised by the manufacturer. They hope that by selling you a cheaper printer that you will buy it not taking into account the costs of cartridge replacement. Beat them at their own game and get a new printer each time.

ok,if you think new printer is expensive,why not refills it

doyler is right, same way with batteries for phones, its cheaper to buy a new phone
