No, it's a little on the low side. You'd really like it to be between 11.5 and 14.5g/dL. It's not dangerously low, and it's common for women to be a little anaemic if they have heavy periods. You can help yourself by taking a multi-vitamin which contains iron, by eating lots of green leafy vegetables which are rich in iron, and increasing your intake of red meat if you like that. If you have any symptoms of anaemia, such as shortness of breath or dizziness when you stand up from a chair quickly, you should ask your doctor whether you should start taking iron tablets, which he will prescribe for you.

Is It Haemoglobin level ? If you R asking Hb( Haemoglobin) level, then it is low for non pregnant female. Normal is bet. 11-14 gm%
Get your Blood Smear tested for type of Anaemia. Most common is Iron Deficiency Anaemia. You better start on oral Iron therapy along with Vitamin C 500 mg twice daily. In women because of menstrual loss which is periodical & undernutrition Hb level tends to be less, and on top of it females are proud of it!
