How can I find my favourite job in Australia(Sydney or Melborn)?

The job that is in my field? And is it easy for me to find a good job? In more details I am not in Australia and I am not australian. But if I get a "Work & Holiday" Visa or "Skilled worker" what are the diffrences for finding a suitable job?
