One thing continues to be overlooked, concerning the present day conflict. Only one poster makes reference to it.. There is a totally different mind set to death by those we are involved with in a combative way. Death to them is martyrdom and is gratefully accepted as such..even to the point of committing suicide by strapping bombs to their body.. just to kill others. Is an honorable thing to do.. and rewards the family left behind. Not to discount the several virgins promised. This, in itself makes it difficult to accept the death of innocents as being innocents. Even though that card is played to the hilt. As well, how do you know they are innocent when they could just as well be non uniformed terrorists.

In a shoot out with cops and robbers and an innocent is hit does it backfire? No not really, people understand the bigger picture.

But think of the result will only cause more Blood spill on the floor and more live have been taken away Life is so short ...
