Take her out to eat at her favorite place and sit straight across at her and ask her how she's doing and then shut up.
Or sit next to her on the bed and put your arm around her and say you love her and then ask how she's doing.
Always ask her how she's doing.... than keep your mouth shut and DON'T CORRECT what she says or put her in her place or belittle her or argue or prove your point or tell her she's wrong, etc., The more you do these things the more she'll keep her mouth shut cuz she won't want to hear it.

You must have done somehting bad fr her not to talk to you, pls apologise sincerely and send a bouquet of her fav flowers to her office saying that yr truly sorry and u wud be honoured if she went out fr dinner with you.

apologies for the blunders u have made, give up the bad habits for which she is angry, be polite and ignore her mistakes made unintentionally, have patience, don't ignore her in the presence of others, give her all the importance and look after her when people are around, give her gifts on all important days, respect her friends and relatives, praise her new dress/hairdo

Try writing her letters and asking her a lot of questions. Make it so she has to talk to you. Open up to her then she might open up to you.
