Recently my ex-gf of two years dumped me for an obnoxious guido. She has ruined me emotionally, mentally and physically (I haven't shaved in the 4 months since she broke up with me, I'm starting to look like Johnny Damon circa 2004). I am ruined, I don't feel like I can have a relationship with another girl ever again. She destroyed my self confidence, she was the one person that knew everything about me and she dumped me for a pasta eating, gold chain wearing, eye-brow waxing, techno music blasting, orange tanned guido. Why do you women do this to us good guys who treat you right?

I'm sorry for your bad experience, but please don't tarr all of us women with the same brush. I know women who have been through similar to what you have, when their bf/husband left them for someone else. At the end of the day, gender has nothing to do with the kind of person someone is. Take care.

I am so sorry.. One day she will wake up and see what she has done and regret it. Nice guys always seem to get hurt. Nice girls too! Saw it happening to someone I know really well and it took her time but now she has found someone after a very very long time and has got engaged. Forget her now....put her in the past and think of her as a childhood friend. Take one step at a time....go and shave and smarten yourself up. You will get your self confidence back once you have smartened yourself up. Buy some nice new clothes and start going out. Don't show her that you care and start dating again. ...this time be careful with your heart...take it steady. Dont stay scruffy or she will say to herself...."He was so scruffy what did I see in him?" Let her see you smart and looking as if you couldn't care less. Don't let this get the better of you. Life is learning and you have learnt a major lesson. Good luck....please try and smile....learn to laugh again and everything will be ok.By the way...the girl I told you about was with her boyfriend for 12 years!!!!!!! she was with him from the time she was in college and he cheated on her and she found out on the day she got engaged and was devastated. Remember one thing.....better now than after getting married.

Well this is the thing you probably don't know what or how we want to be treated but you think you know because if a girl is walking out of a room crying and you saying "What?What did i say " then you do not and repeat NOT treat us right we are not cruel we just like to be treated like a normal human. But we probably will be cruel to you if you do something very stupid and stupid as i mean like try to make out with somebody else.

I am really sorry for the situation you are in, but you need to move forward in your life. In addition you need to know that not all women are like this .. the right person, which obviously wasn't her is out there. Right now you need to find ways to work on your self .. don't look back and gather hope for the future.

This is true. My g/f also dumped me.After a 4.8 years relation.
She said i am a dog laid on the road in front of her friends.
After 4 years also i cry like anything, but she says this is not a big thing. I am totally broken.

Well I want to know why guys are so cruel!!!!! You can't say women in general like an object, if you are referring to people you have been with. I have been with some !@#$%^&&* cruel people but I guess we can't do anything, but smile and let time heal it. I've been hurt so many times.
But this is a little verse that I keep in mind, but the most important thing is smile even through your tears and times off pain:
I stay here; laying on my bed;
I try to clear thought off my head.
Nothing keeps them off my mind.
I lost some one I thought was dear;
and to me it is very clear;
The only thing that'll heal this is time.

Sorry to hear your g/f treated you so badly, she was obviously not very nice, but not all girls are like that, clean yourself up and get out there, show everyone you are made of stronger stuff, you will meet a much nicer girl, it's fate, you are meant to be with someone more loving. Remember boys break girls hearts too.

1. you lied or cheated on her
2. physically and mentally abused her
3. wasn't man enough (cry to damn much dude)
4.didn't show or give any attention
5. gave her to much attention and no space
6.disrespected her around people or in private
7. smell bad
8. been together for years and still no ring on finger!
9. no goals nor will power!
10. sex sucks and Viagra isn't working minute man!
If none applies to you than....maybe your just dumb!
