and I have been over to his house from time to time.
Every time I go over though, I can't help but notice that he has a huge supply of Drano and about 30 plungers in one corner of his garage. He also has his own high powered electric snake over there too.
Does this mean anything?

You are not allowed to drink the Drano. I repeat, step away from the Drano.
Actually, real plumbers wouldn't use Drano, so he must be undercover, perhaps afraid that Bush will let his secret out?
