omg people .........stop answering questions unless u have a better knowledge about the topic.............
is not good to use toothpaste for pimples..................
first u need to consult a doctor ,is the best way to get started but u can try a beauty salon for some facials but unless someone who knows something about this stop using all kind of things on ur face .it will make u more damage
i had a sever acnee for a long time , almost 8 years but i treated with a doctor'help. I'm a beautician now and if u give me more details i may be able to help u .the first step :don't use a towel more than one day for ur face , stop eating greasy meals , wash ur face with a special foam for face ,not ever with soap, u may use an antiseptic solution before bed but only on the pimple not on the entire face, don't put dirty hands on the face , don't keep ur hair on the face .
i hope my advices will help if u need more informations just ask :)

Toothpaste on your pimples is as about as effective as sandpaper.

Try some ponds night cream. Apply it thinly over the troubled area, then wipe it off with a tissue. You will notice the tissue is now soiled.

If you do this several times each day, you will help clean your skin and keep it healthy. The pimples will not be as bad and will eventually go away.

It's safe. Put a tiny dab of toothpaste on the pimple enough just to cover it, and go to bed. Wash it off in the morning. You can also use Iodine instead of the toothpaste.

I've used it before as a spot treatment for a pimple I had and it dried it up pretty good. Just make sure to use white paste kind and not a gel type toothpaste.

If this is working for you, I would say stay with it; there's nothing harmful in toothpaste for the skin (I'd just be afraid it would clog the pores, but if you haven't had any trouble and have gotten good results, I'd keep going for it). I don't know of any chemical in toothpaste that counteracts pimples, but I'm no expert!

Tooth paste will just dry up the spot. Apparently whitening toothpaste can remove the redness too but I doubt this.
