Please Help!!! What Can I do to make them skinnier?

Lay on your back with the weights on the tops of your feets and raise your legs up and hold them there as long as you can. Do it over and over. It works, believe me. It works without weights on your feet. Just hold your legs at a 45 degree angle, about 2 feet off the ground, stretched out straight. You will feel the burn and your tummy will feel it too.

there's this exercise youi can do where you get ready to do a sit up with your hands behind your head, but when you come up, you go across your chest and touch your right elbow to your left knee, vice versa. you do those in reps of 12 and it works really well.
