Your time limit is nothing to do with Yahoo!. Time is limited by the contract provider for your internet connection.

Eg - the ntl set-top box limit is 30 minutes, where it thinks there has been no activity - but that includes composing an e-mail on Yahoo! Mail for more than said limit. ntl boots you out, and you lose all that you've written, irretrievably.

You can't extend your timeout with yahoo. If you are not using yahoo for continues 20 minutes it will automatically timedout.
