He has 2 cards that are the same but different colors on the backs (the fives of spades). The blue one goes on the bottom and the other goes somewhere near the top (or just on the top if you want to be sloppy, which it doesn't look like he did, but I don't know the video is a little too crappy to tell for sure). The first "shuffle" will put that card (the red five of spades) on the bottom of the deck for when he spreads them out later.
The key point is he isn't shuffling the cards. He is just pulling cards off of the top of the one half of the deck.
Anyway, whatever card you pick it will be placed under the blue card when it is placed "randomly" back into the deck. (he places the one half deck with the blue five of spades on the bottom on top of the other half deck with your card on top and the red five of spades on the bottom).
Now he spreads them out and knows that your card is under the blue one, so he carefully separates that pile out from the rest and stacks them. This lets him pick up both your card and the blue card to make it look like they are the same one. If it really was the blue card he just would've pulled it out from when the cards were spread out.
Anyway, he knows that the red 5 of spades is on the bottom so he just does the same trick again (pulling cards off of the top part of the deck and pretending he's shuffling). The bottom card of the half deck in his hand never changes though, so whenever you say "stop" it'll always be the same red five of spades which matches with the blue five of spades he pulled out earlier.
Side note: Is he saying "Hezbolla" as his magic word? Weird. Yet another reason to not trust him along with his poor taste in beer as pat pointed out.
Side note 2: I edited this to make it a little clearer.

it is just a series of double and triple flips. At the start of the video the guy says this is the best card trick - he is right, the simpler a trick the better. I learned this one about 2 years ago.
