No; the taste of semen has very little to do with race. It has more to do with diet; red meat causes it to taste more acidic, while fruit and vegetables cause it to taste sweeter.
Also, I'm not entirely sure this is an appropriate topic for a science fair project, especially for a sixth-grader.
