The best and easy way is to minimize the size of document that can be done by installing Compression softwares like Winzip or Winrar. And then attach that file. It will be better if u install internet acclerator software on your system. Additionally, the connection may be lost during attachment of heavy file (commonly in dial-up connections), so internet accelerator is used to avoid this problem and process will be resumed from where it was lost.

send it by goggle ( Gmail ) . you can attached your large word document as a attachment and send .

Gmail allow you to send the 10Mb attachment . i think 10MB is too much .

when you send as an attachment, the size of a file may increase because transport encoding are automatically added.

This means that in some cases, attachments that are 6 to 10MB in size may push the total message size above 10MB. When this happens, Google Mail displays a warning that your message exceeds the 10MB limit.

If you don't have gmail account . mail me i will send you the invitation .

If you are using outlook or other desktop based email package then just hit:

This will open the file in you email package as an attachment. Just enter the details of email address of the person being sent to and hit send.

If you are using Yahoo email just attach it to the email. In the body of the email write something like "Document Attached" or any thing else you want and then send it.
