Phone number +94-722883064 Service provider CellTel Lanka Ltd.
Model: Nokia 1110, Type: RH-70, Code: 0525725, IMEI: 358837/00/732653/4
The person who stole it has not changed the SIM yet, but always keep the pre-paid balance minus. Therefore no calls can be taken or received. You will always hear an engaged tone. I want the phone to be locked, not the SIM, no matter how long it will be locked.

Go to your service provider, and ask them to lock your sim card first and get a duplicate sim card. After that go to the police station with your Guarantee card and lodge a complaint that ur mobile phone is stolen. Now they have two options, 1. They can trace the place in which mobile phone is used and get it or 2. if the thief use it with new sim, it will be known to them that its ur phone by seeing your IMEI number. So you can get it back. Its so easy in India.
