i don't think you will get all the program sin one single phone.
but with the Excel/Word Files/Handy/Fashion Oriented, you can get the features you mentioned above in a single phone.
i recommend you sony ericsson W810i. its cool man. check it out.
nokia N91...cool as well but look like a big stone.
check out the latest samsumg phones.
all have Good Camera Clarity/Video Clarity and nternet Browsing

u mean phone that suppots microsoft mobile version...many b such a phone is not yet released in india..
best phone till date..i would suggest
NOKIA N80
or
NOKIA N91..if u want huge memory
it would b better 2 go 4 memory card rather
wait 4 an year or so..than u will have that phone as well

go for n6680..or any other n series except n70(it has hanging probs).these are symbian phones.. you can install softwares throug which you can open office documents..
or if you have more money go for windows mobile powered pda...O2 is a good one...
