The only way i can see that happening is if you were like 5th generation cousins and had absolutely no idea, but if its like your first or second or third than hey your really gross and extremely desperate.

Well depends on how related she is but I would marry say a distant relative say - my aunts brothers daughter in law which would be about my age and would have taken care of herself alot better than me.
So yes I would.
