we're in the same boat girl! all the Doctors i work with has said that to me, that i'm critical. I try very hard not to let the situation whatever it may be, get to me. i just let it go and move on, i still feel it and i feel irritated but i try not to show it. it's rather hard for me since i'm very straight forward. it took me a long time to get really good at it. u can still be critical but know when the right time to do it. good luck! it's never easy, believe me.

You have a b*tch fest. Get the gang together. Pop open some beer and whine as much as you want for as long as you want then you realize how stupid it all sounds once you put those feelings into words. Then you completely forget about it.
I'm guessing you have a lot of stress at work so just let it all rip outside the work environment and you'l find you can keep your sanity for another day.

The world is like that, your know it said round, it is so. For all men and women they have their influence of their parents or grand ones for some the genderbasis is very strong. Gor example if the father was having certain nature and it is imparted to the girl, she may much prone to the same, on the other if she of the mother's nature, then the situation would have been another. For all, it is for all human beings to accept whatever they are, and adopt the acceptable and valuable nature onself.

guess its the time of everyone's life that this pops up.
its survival and self realiastion as to ourselves and surrounding. dont fear but appraoch it and dont disadvantage yourself with "silly" decisions?
its apart of life and time to self check yourself.
