Isn't it funny that sex feels soooo good, but parenting is soooo bad? I wonder how many people do the deed, and are surprised when there is a kid on the way. Some people do the deed without any protection, without care, and there's no kid on the way, while others do the deed with care, and still end up bringing a kid into the world. Of course, the quality of condoms are a huge cause of that.
I am shocked at the amount of foster kids in homes, and abused/neglected kids out there! I don't wanna see what God has in store for those people who abuse their kid. In the Bible,
Jesus warned those who harm a child. What we see in this world is WORSE than harm. It's murder in some cases!
For a few reasons, i'm a guy who doesn't have any kids. I would be fearful of having one, if the right woman came along. You can't even discipline by spanking your child these days without some accusing you of abuse. It's really a messed up society out there. I see women in stores threatening their kids, saying they are going to "beat their *** when they get out of the store." What's next? Someone imitating Bruce Lee and killing their kid?

No offense meant but without your parents,you wouldn't be here asking that.
If u happen to be a doc then without you around to help the sick and the needy,that waiting list will go even longer henceforth , more deaths.

You are created because it's expected from you to make a difference for the benefit of the humanrace. Responsibility and money are just mere consolations.
Having a child is a blessing.
What good will money and responsibility be if you have no one to share it with but yourself?Worthless and a big time selfishness.It's like earthly richness but an empty soul.

Unfortunately, so many people don't think about the money and responsibility when planning pregnacy. Most people do it for the wrong reasons. Like thinking they're in love or that its gonna cause someone to love them. Then its some that don't care about the expenses. They just want someone to love and someone to love them back because of something that is missing with them emotionally.

This is sad that you feel this way. Children become your family not your parents family. Think of this, what if your parents thought children were too much responsibility and cost too much, would you be here?
Sure, everything that is worth having is tons of responsibility, hard work and cost money....some give you such satisfaction and some give you heart ache, and the best of all they give you something to live for.
Children, are the reason people are so happy, they give so much back...you will never believe how much they give...
By the sounds of things you will never know these things! Too bad, you're the one who is missing out...

Because people very often don't make decision based on reality. And people think babies are a lot of fun, they don't realize that it is a 24/7 job for the next 20 years until it is too late.

I guess some people just want to feel the joy of creating life and having someone to nurture and love. I think it's a wonderful thing if you are ready. I think it's an awful thing when 16 year olds are having kids though.

Good question, seems like a lot of people these days have kids as an accessory to say they have them. Or they're bored in their current relationship and what something else to put their mind to. Not all of them though. Maybe it's something in the water.
