There are several institutes where you can study and you should consider them slowly and carefully. You seem in a hurry but might end up on totally the wrong course in the wrong place because of it.
I have just tried searching and I understand your frustration, as any kind of specific information seems difficult to find.
Make note of 'studycanada.ca' and 'studyincanada .com'
PS The first spelling of 'university' is correct.
